By accessing or using our services at ANKIT MODI MARKETING SERVICES ("the Company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

The Company provides "Done For You" (DFY) and "Done With You" (DWY) services as outlined in the Six-Figure Accelerator Agreement. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be determined as per the package selected and detailed in the contract created during the proposal stage. Clients are advised to review the contract thoroughly before accepting.

2. Timeline and Deliverables

- Services will be delivered as per the schedule outlined in the Agreement.

- The standard campaign duration is 90 days, during which the agreed deliverables will be completed.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

1. Provide all necessary assets, such as business presentations, lead magnets, and social media access, for the onboarding process.

2. Ensure timely feedback on appointments and Zoom call recordings for review.

3. Maintain a validated offer with at least 3-5 case studies or testimonials for outreach purposes.

4. Supply a LinkedIn profile and purchase essential tools, including domains, email IDs, and lead scraping services.

5. Adhere to the 21-day email warmup period before cold email campaigns go live.

4. Payments

- The total service fee and payment terms will be outlined in the individual contract based on the selected package.

- Additional expenses, such as purchasing domains, email IDs, and lead scraping services, are not included in the service fee and must be covered by the Client.

- Payments must be made on time as per the agreed schedule. No refunds will be provided once payment is made.

5. No Refund Policy

By accepting these terms, the Client agrees to a strict no-refund policy for all fees paid to the Company.

6. Guarantees

The Company’s guarantees will be specified in the contract and are subject to the following conditions:

1. The Client must complete all steps of the onboarding process and provide the necessary access to assets, such as business presentation decks, lead magnets, and social media profiles.

2. All payments must be made on time as per the agreed dates.

3. The Client agrees to the 21-day warmup period for email campaigns while LinkedIn outreach is initiated to generate leads.

4. The Client must have a proven and validated offer, supported by at least 3-5 case studies or testimonials.

5. Services cannot be put on hold or modified mid-campaign for unforeseen circumstances.

6. Timely feedback must be provided on appointments, including Zoom call recordings for review.

7. At least one LinkedIn profile must be made available for consistent outreach.

If these conditions are met and the guarantees outlined in the Agreement are not achieved, the Company will continue to work at no additional cost until the agreed results are delivered.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared between the Company and the Client is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. This confidentiality clause remains in effect indefinitely, even after the termination of the agreement.

8. Ownership

All materials, including documents, lead lists, and files created for the Client, remain the Client's exclusive property and will be handed over upon project completion.

9. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated under the following conditions:

1. Breach of terms by either party without resolution within 15 days.

2. Written notice provided 7 days before termination.

3. Automatic termination upon completion or failure to complete obligations after 90 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from this Agreement, except where caused by gross negligence or breach.

11. Amendments

Any amendments to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

12. Entire Agreement

These terms represent the entire agreement between the Company and the Client, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
